Fasting and Prayer 2023

Hello Castine Family!

Do you feel stagnant in your spiritual life?  Does it feel like God is just not present?  Are you struggling to spend time with the Lord in prayer and study? If so, then plan to join us for our 21 Day Church-wide Fast and Prayer experience, starting January 8.  

This year’s theme is moving from repentance to a heart on fire by the flame of revival. We have resources for the whole family as we all journey together to fan the flame of revival in our personal lives. 

New this year, beginning December 5, we are offering weekly podcasts which will cover:

How to prepare for your fast, 
The effects of sin, 
Personal repentance, 
Holiness, and
Revival.

Pastor Greg will also lead special Sunday School classes throughout the month of January taking a deeper dive into our topics. 

We will break the fast together, Sunday, January 29th, during Sunday School with worship and testimonies. Then join us at 10am for a powerful service, as we celebrate the greatness of our God. 

Our key verse will be Hosea 10:12 “Plant the good seeds of righteousness, and you will harvest a crop of love. Plow up the hard ground of your hearts, for now is the time to seek the Lord, that He may come and shower righteousness upon you.
