Exciting News for Our Church
Your staff has been working hard over the last few months on how to communicate better with our website, our app, and how we can use God’s resources best to maintain those platforms. Today, we are happy to announce that we have located that solution for our ministry!
Since we live in an increasingly mobile world, we want to make sure that we can reach people well with that platform. By housing all of our gospel content in one place, our app is going to act as a resource to our community to connect to God and help to connect others with Him too! So, in the coming weeks we will be rolling out a new app that will have:
We’ll also be rolling out a new website that will contain many of those same features! On top of the website, we’ll also be rolling out an AppleTV App and a Roku App so you can reach our services live, and on-demand from whatever device you need.
Starting on October 5th we will roll out our new electronic giving solution to the whole church. So, when you go to our website to give or visit https://castine.church/give, you’ll see our new giving platform. For those of you who have recurring gifts on our platform, nothing will change right away. We have plans to help you step through that process in the coming months.
If you give electronically, take a moment to set up your account through our new giving provider today by visiting https://secure.subsplash.com/ui/access/34F3NZ or by clicking the GIVE button in the top menu. It takes just a few moments and will allow you to set up one-time and recurring gifts to the ministry. Plus, this same account will work for giving in our upcoming app too!

- Access to our sermons live and on-demand where you can watch, listen, and share with others. You can even take notes on the sermon straight in the app that will be accessible with your account, even if you change devices! You’ll even be able to search for sermons based on topic or scripture reference!
- Integrated communication tools that will help with discipleship across our whole ministry. Chat with your discipleship/connect groups or ministry teams in real time and share prayer requests with each other.
- Up-to-date information about events and the ability to easily register for events.
